Shizuoka Gas set a new record with the Company's highest-ever daily sendout of piped natural gas on September 5, 2006, at 2,450,000 m3. This tops the previous record of 2,436,000 m3 set on January 26 this year.

Record sendouts are normally registered in the winter: this latest achievement is the result of a surge in demand from new large-lot industrial users.
