Extension of Time for Completion of "Shizuhama Trunkline",
the Pipeline between Hamamatsu and Shizuoka

"Shizuhama Trunkline", the pipeline between Hamamatsu-city and Shizuoka-city, being constructed jointly by Shizuoka Gas Company Ltd. and Chubu Gas Company Ltd. was supposed to be completed by the end of 2012.　However, an extension of about a year for construction work has become necessary due mainly to the changes of the pipeline route and the construction method in some areas.  As a result of this, the pipeline is now scheduled to commence its operation in 2014.
