When your alarm is activated

If your city gas alarm is activated, it may be an alarm for gas leakage.
Kindly do the following and contact Shizuoka Gas immediately.


Open your windows widely.		Close all the gas taps and appliances.		Close the gas meter valve.

Your call will be received around the clock.
*Kindly follow the automatic voice instruction if you call us at night.

At the same time it is requested:-

Never use a source of ignition such as a lighter or matches.
Never switch on or off your electricity appliances such as light, ventilation fans or whatever else as it may generate a spark.
Close doors and windows if you smell gas outside your house. Call your neighbors as required for evacuation.
Never enter a place where you smell gas.
